Acceptance

By downloading or using Clock mini, you agree to these Terms and all applicable App Store terms provided by Apple.

License

Clock mini is licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

Offline Use

Clock mini runs locally on your Mac. The app does not use our own backend servers, accounts, cloud sync, third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. App distribution, purchases, updates, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store.

Use Restrictions

  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law.
  • Do not use Clock mini in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Do not redistribute modified versions of the app without permission.

Clock mini is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
